Your buses for the race venue will depart on 25th February, 2018 as per the following schedule:

Participants are required to reach the pick-up points closest to them at least half an hour before departure.
Make sure you are at the pick-up point on time. If you miss the bus, we will not be in a position to arrange for any alternate transportation arrangements for you.
Participants choosing to come on their own may do so after informing the race management of their intention.
Your bicycles will be transported to the race site in separate vehicles meant only for transporting your bicycles.
Participants may choose to transport their own bicycles to the venue themselves. However, in such case it is their responsibility to ensure that their bikes reach well ahead for race flag-off time for a pre-race inspection.

Participants are required to drop-off their bicycles on 24th February, 2018 (previous day) at any of the following drop off points:

The drop-off zones are also bib collection centers and all participants must collect their bibs after dropping off their bicycles.
These bibs are essential not only to confirm your participation but also in order for you to recollect your bicycles.
You may collect your bicycles upon arriving at the race venue after showing your assigned bib number.
Make sure you do not miss the drop-off date for your bicycles as we will not be in a position to make any alternate transport arrangements for the same.
Bicycles collected by our team will be assessed before being accepted. You will also be required to sign an inspection form that will contain the observation of the inspectors.
Participants are also required to remove their bicycle peddles before submission of their bicycles. They are required to carry these peddles with them and reinstall them onto the bicycles at the race venue.
A mandatory medical disclaimer form is also required to be submitted by participants along with their bicycle in order for them to collect their bib.

Bicycle can be picked up at any time between 8 AM to 1 PM on 26th February, 2018 from the same place where the participants had dropped off their bicycle.
Participants may choose to transport their own bicycles from the venue themselves. In which case, participants must let the organizers know about the same.
